Lol MMR is not top quality by any means. They do not even do there own head work they send it all out. I would not buy or run one of there engines if I was looking to spend coin. I have had to send back 3 of there short blocks due to issues and the wrong pistons in them.

Why would you take your cats off and do nothing else and think the engine light would not come on. The PCM is looking for cats that are no longer there, you should also have it re-tuned as well with the Mils in.

Just ordered his cam, heads and intake. It will be coming back soon for more mods. I will post results, we will be able to make power to red line with more valve train.

Chris not sure who you have dealt with but again the car was tuned on a dyno jet at another shop some 100 miles from us and his STD numbers there and here are the same like identical. No stock engine, no need not running that much boost and in the winter the customer wants heads/cams. The car has NEVER seen rain:)

You really do not have much of a choice as it is double sided steel there and cutting it smaller it looked like ass. Plus plenty of room to get in there for the washer bottle and were both intercoolers merge into.

Thanks Mike mad time went into this build we have 5.0Mag coming to look at it. Not many shops anymore do this type of custom work anymore.

Car is mint with only 39k on it. We installed a CUSTOM D1 Kit. All the pipe work was done in-house useing our own pipe, bends, welds, etc. We relocated the battery due to the custom pipe work and to allow some room, we changed the way procharger had the pipe work, it is known to have a dirty maf...

Ported read the thread Steg 3. The customer was at another shop, the numbers are the same from his other shop to the tee that uses a dyno jet. If you would like I can post them also. :)

I NEVER saw a mail tune dead on. They will get you in the ball park however if you do not have the time or the ability to data log, know what you are looking for and working with a good tuner, your kinda walking blind. Many do not understand what goes into a full custom tune, I encourage people...
