Twin 61's 03 Cobra built engine. I will update thread as we move along. Customer installed a kit himself ran into some bugs brought it to us to iron it out and fix all the stuff he did not like.

All done just need to get 2 t-bolt clamps on the TBI and going on dyno before we leave to iron out base line tune, then in am we will finish WOT and some driveabilty stuff, we made custom brackets for the Intercooler. :)

Twin turbo car we are doing with custom pipe work. Thought you guys would enjoy the welds:)

Intercooler landed we are installing cooler putting top all back together and getting on dyno:)

Thank you yes maf was dirty:( but the new location it will run like a mofo:)

Intercooler shows landing today we will install that fab up the bottom of the pipe and get it on the dyno. Yesterday we welded the saddle on for the meter and dropped the fuel tank, the PPRV was still in there so we removed that as well.

Saddle welded and meter installed. Intercooler comes in am then we will button it up and hit dyno.

That is about the max boost I would run....

Plans are no power adder built engine running 10's NA....:evil:

Max HP will be close to old combo (but safer) he will pick up HP in lower and mid rpms and driveabilty will be a ton better. :)

He likes orange he already has a SVT Focus (orange) Mach one and it is a virgin he plans to run NA with it 17,000 miles. :)

All cleaned up and done for today. Intercooler lands in am so we will install new Intercooler and fab up bottom of pipe and re-install the misc top engine stuff. Then off to fuel tank as we are thikning the PPRV is still in there:(

Catch can installed new Maf plug all wired up.

Done down the road the customer called 4.10 gear he is scared of the car lol..

Bap(heat shrink wrapped), Bare pipe 4 inch for the cold side, pour 15 painted let it sit overnight:) You can see the pipe on the vise drying..

3.6 pulley Kevin coverted the car to blow through, all custom pipe work, treadstone front mount intercooler and full custom dyno tune. 11.7 Psi SAE 503HP 429TQ STD 522HP 405TQ

It will be safer and driveabilty better. ST fuel trims were 20% off LT's were 15% out. :D

Got to finish it before we get it on dyno again lol. I will post before and after when complete...
