Yes it's an HO with forged flat top pistons. It would be out of an '86 which is the 1st year of the 5.0 HO multi port fuel injection.

Yep. You can tell because there is no metering block between the rear bowl and the main body. One of the main problems with a 4160 is the crossover tube between the 2 bowls. They have o-rings on them but almost always end up leaking all over. They also have side hung floats. A popluar conversion...

Its not a 4150 it's a 4160 Holley with vaccum secondaries. By the looks of the butterflies it's mosty likely a 600 to 650 cfm.
