The exhaust is only as good as the weakest leak. High flow exhaust is pointless if you have the stock restrictive manifolds.

Absolutely!! Brake pads are inexpensive and easy to replace. If they get too low they will damage the rotor and possibly the caliper. Replacing them will be 3 to 5 times more expensive than just pads!
