KMORAN has a used auto tranny for an 02 gt for sale for $100. you should look into buying that and upgrading it so you can swap it right in when youre ready. saves on downtime and frustration

if i remember correctly you are out on LI. the best thing to do would be to call Mustang Magic and ask them for a route to take as to upgrading your current transmission or installing a more "bulletproof" aftermarket one. your car will be able to handle a supercharger, as long as you dont go...

try pulling the pedal back up with your foot when it does this. if it goes down right away then you know you need to grease up

if you want to keep your auto you will want it rebuilt with new stronger internals, and like i said b4 definitely a bigger tranny cooler. the ford tranny cooks itself in its own oil. i have had a few experiences with them. 92 ford taurus 81XXX miles, tranny stopped shifting, stuck in first gear...
