it depends on what you are looking for really. Kenne bell and whipple are great for daily drivers as they make their power at lower RPMs. centrifugal type S/C's make theirs at a higher RPM range

your gonna need a tuner to fix the odometer as well. or next thing you know you will have 20,000 miles when it should only be 12

go suspension first. if you are gonna get a F/I system you will end up having to change the intake, throttle body, fuels system, possibly exhaust, etc... Suspension will stay the same regardless
