    what grade of gas are you using?? did it start making the noise after it started getting cooler outside?

    It could be pinging/detonating sounds like putting pebbles in a can and shaking it (rattle) it can be caused by bad gas, wrong timing, bad plugs, etc. Are there any vibrations along with the noise?

    Aren't most HID kits powered by the same source as the factory headlights?? I just thought that if the factory relay went bad it could act up like this, no? I don't know man, wiring is not my strongest skill :smash: :thumbsdown:

    like Alex said. Just get a fender emblem and attach it to the grill. The fender emblem has a nipple in the back. What you do is position the emblem in the grill where you want it and just put a pea of silicone from behind the grill so that the silicone touches the nipple and the two grill bars...

    Started Suspension work!

    have not been able to do anything. Since I had to cut the heads off of 3 bolts I had to order a new set of kmember bolts which I did not receive until this past Saturday. Now that I got the bolts things should pick up a bit.

    I don't know much about the internal workings of HIDs, but I would check: 1-realys (probably sticking) 2-headlight switch 3-Try replacing HID ballast (could be $$$ though) $0.02
