a dumped wastegate sound cools, but is gets old after a while, I re-routed my wastegate into the downpipe and all you hear is the beatiful sound of the turbo spooling.

I don't believe the problem is related to the CAI. It could be something as simple as a sticking thermostat or bad temp sending unit or gauge.

No good. Those radiators have a reputation for leaking/cracking !! Pay a little more and get a Fluidyne if you are looking to upgrade.

probably the gauge or the temp sending unit went bad, but you can always pressure test the coolant system just to be on the safe side.
