Get a rebuild kit for around $200 and if you have a press or can use someones you can do it quite easily.

LOL that's what makes it fun though. I remember my friends 93 LX had a small AFM cam and you could drive it like an old lady if you wanted but ran 10.80's at the track. I would love to get mine to be like that. We will see. Not looking good right now....

I wish I had some vids of my car back when it had the 331 and procharger or the 331 with vortech. It was scary until it got drag radials. Only one I have is of it idling and then one of it beating a built LS7 GTO on the highway. None of the side by side ZX9 races or modded GSXR600 ones...lol.

That system actually runs off a Mustang A9L that is chipped but uses a GM MAF that has it's signal converted from frequency to volts. Quite a few guys with them on a few forums I am on. It definitely looks good!! I need a job where you work!!! lol

Yea, I actually left them in the car. I ran 13.80@100 (pulleys/exhaust) then 12.77@111 sc'ed with them still in it. They were a great all around gear and top end was pretty awesome LOL.

Yea a 4R70W is much better than the AOD-E those come with. Even the AOD-E is a step up though from the AO-DEAD lol. What did the auto swap cost roughly? I think if I went to a 4R70W I'd maybe swap a 96 F150 harness in my car so it would be completely obdII and control the trans from stock ecu...

Nothing wrong with the 3.55 gears. Auto come with 2.73 or 3.27. Look on the door for the axle code, 2.73 is M and 3.27 is E I believe. Most all my auto cars had 2.73 except my 93 GT.
