Looks good! I have gotten pulled over 3 times for the tint on my BMW and it is 40% front and 20% rear. I think it all depends where you live, the officer, and the car it is. They are strict around here with tint though. My Mustang is 20% all around and looks awesome but is a definite ticket...

It will not store the code all the time. It could be just about anything. Any sensor could cause it honestly, especially with the low miles the car obviously sat a lot. I really would not worry about it too much.
