    Clutch

I have a Centerforce dual friction and have had no problems. My King Cobra clutch was fine when my car was a bolt on car, but when the power went up the clutch spun easily.

    blue smoke?

Doing a compression test is a good idea so you know where you stand. Just make sure you do it when the motor is warm. A compression test will not find a bad oil ring however.

In that case then dont bother with the ones your running now. Its not worth going through the effort of changing valvestem seals if your gonna swap out the heads anyway.

    healy coil?

Is the heli-coil in the block? If so, do not drill it out. Making the hole bigger then tapping it wont solve the problem as you will need to find a much bigger head bolt to fit and it might not pass through the head. Leave the heli-coil alone it will be fine.

    blue smoke?

Rings usually smoke bad when the car is cold and a little less as it warms up. If the car is smoking after it warms up it is usually the valveguides/seals. Easy test: run the car hard in second gear then back off the throttle. Big blue cloud? Check the guides and seals. HTH

Just a few Questions (Wiring, Suspension)

You might be able to find the brackets on ebay or racingjunk.com. They could be made but I think you would need one to make a template from. As for the short, the best way to go would be to rewire it completely. If it still blows fuses then the fan is bad. You really need a wiring diagram, that...

Just a few Questions (Wiring, Suspension)

When you connect power and blow a fuse instantly, YOU HAVE A SHORT. You seem to have some major issues with the electrical in this car. The fuel pump and msd are easy fixes, you need to find someone to help you with the underhood stuff. As for the Southsides, you cant use them without the...
