As for the whole auto vs 5sp. If it is going to be a pure track car, I would go with an auto. But if you are DD the car with a few track days, then go with what makes you happy. Remember, there isn't ant legal 1/4 mile on the streets, take it to the track.
And that vid you posted, that sounded like just a set of Ford racing Hot rod cams, the e303 are the heads.

and coming from a fox guy man, you should get a fox, i mean its not all new and high tech but they are easy to work, on alot of fun to drive sound mean as fuck no matter what exhaust you put on them, and for 6500..... you can get a sweet ass fox where as for 6500 if you find a new edge GT it will be ...... for lack of better terms........ out of its prime, for 6500 its gonna have high miles, and problems 6500 for a fox you could damn near get a mint no rust notch....
