The whole point of the kit is to have all the parts that work best together. If you plan to change something in the kit you buy, you might as well pick all the parts out one by one. Stick with the cam they send you.

No, he is looking to use an old spark plug so he can put air pressure to the cylinder and change valve springs with out removing the heads. They want $80 for the fitting that threads into the plug hole.
I hear ya on the S/C or turbo. This 5.0 is done. I have other plans for a bit more displacement. Only thing I would think of doing to this one would be to load it up with Nitrous and listen to it pop.
