If you don't have an oil cap just remove the vacuum hose from the PVC valve and plug it (you can use a bolt to do so)

^^^that's right!. If you are still running a PCV valve , a breather on the valve cover becomes a vacuum leak. You can put the stock oil cap back on, as suggested by vorstang or disconnect the hose that goes from the intake to the PCV valve and cap it. See if that helps
