your problem is the clutch. I actually can't believe you took the car out knowing that the clutch was bad :smash:. Anyways tow it home and Get'er done...;)

the performer rpm is a great intake for a N/A street car, the Victor is a little more inclined towards forced inducted motors, high reving or larger displacement N/A engines. Since you only rev your car to 6k, I would recommend keeping the RPM, I believe the Victor might be a little large for...

here is a quick way to test a clutch: Get the car up to speed, ~about 45-50mph, put the car in 4th gear and floor the gas pedal (just a quick mash of the pedal) , if the rpms jump up, but the car does not pick up any speed your clutch is done. ++++++GIVEN THAT THE MOTOR IS RUNNING RIGHT+++++++++++

it can be done, but you need to pull everything that hangs on the radiator support. the radiator, fan, condenser, etc.

Did you get a chance to check the harmonic balancer?

I am willing to bet (someone else's money :D) that your problem is the damper.

it is doable, but not with a stock block. I am not so sure the stock block would handle the rpm's required to make that type of power n/a. But why not go with more displacement? It would be easier on your parts and you wallet.
