Ah ok, so you have most of the bolt on stuff done then. Really a s/c, turbo, or h/c/i is the next step in power, but is definitely the most expensive too, lol. Doing the intake, new tb, and bigger maf will probably net you around 20-25 hp, but most people like to save up and do the whole top end...- AdirondackFox08

For the 5.0s, it seems that the biggest tb anyone goes with is 70mm, and you will also need the egr spacer of the same size. BBK throttle bodies tend to whistle, and a few people have had a screw from the blade come off and go through their engine, (not the norm, but it has happened.) TFS has...- AdirondackFox08

I don't know how the 86 and older dashes are to take out, but the 87-93 dashes require some time to get them out. Nothing really too hard about it other than bagging and tagging all of the screws you take out so you know where they go back.
