I don't think ARH makes headers for the 5.0 to be honest. But ARH and Pypes probably have the best quality that I have seen. But free bump for you, check out americanmuscle.com and see what they have and what you can afford.

So the only real mod that would add HP is the BBK CAI correct? Do you have any sort of freer flowing exhaust or did you put in a performance chip? Also his only real mods that would help him is a tune, some weight savings (maybe 40lbs.) and some DRs. What does he have a civic or a RSX? If...

Again that all depends on what you are doing and how you are using them. For an all out N/A build, Long Tubes IMO are worth it especially considering you are going to be going with the FRPP IM where you would be utilizing the ability to run in the higher RPM's you would see a little bit more...

IMO if you are going to do headers Shorties aren't worth the price or aggravation for the gain that they create. If I was going to do headers I would do Long tubes gain 30+ HP and call it a day.

It is like a rule though, if you park in a parking lot when there is no one near you two people will be parked right next to you no matter how many open spots there are.
