    coolant problems

you'll feel the upper hose getting warm, then hot, and it'll be harder. you'll definitely feel it, it normally opens when your needle is pointing up. if it's cool and soft(no water in there) meaning the tstat didn't open yet. btw don't get too exited squeezing the hose lol.

    coolant problems

when it warms up and the thermostat opens, open the tank cap and let the air out, then close the cap and start squeezing the upper hose, do so for a bout 2 minutes. open the cap and let the air out. repeat it about 5 times. just let the car to heat up and cool down, open the cap every morning...

    2v guys

totally forgot to mention, i have an Xcal II with a BBR tune, as soon as i'm done with the intake, plenum and Tbody, i'll give BBR another call. when i dynoed my car at Real Speed, it went to 11.1 at 5700rpm, so even with a tune my car is super rich, i wanna get a wide band so that way i can...

    For the do-it-yourselfers

wow, wish my dad knew all that he graduated university as a mechanical engineer, but doesn't know shit about cars, and would always argue with me on something that i know for sure. for example he still thinks that intake manifold is the injector(yeah he's back in carburetor times) and the actual...

    2v guys

i didn't race with the new trans yet. so when i first went there,A. it was hard to find the right time when to launch it B. couldn't launch it above 1500 or it would spin off the line, and even when it was in 1st already rolling, it would still spin, that's why my speed it so high comparing to...

    3V ???

except mach1's sound so much better. so far the best sounding 3v that i heard has shorty headers, O/R prochamber, and KR mufflers.

    2v guys

powershifting is fun, but does too much damage to your car. i powershifted on my 97, and broke a shift fork on my old T-45lol so i take it easy now. as soon as i get MT's i'll start saving for a new clutch, cuz i feel like i'm gonna leave it on a track somewhere lol.

    3V ???

if you mod a 2v and a 3v on the same budget you'll end up with a faster 2v. prices on 3v mods are insane. although, modding it mod to mod, 3v will be faster. and totally agree on a mach1, they're not expensive either(but again mod prices are high)

    2v guys

that's what everybody say, get some seat time and i'm good, you'll need not 5 or 10 passes down the track to manage that, you'll have to launch it 100+ times. when i first went to the track with a few of my friends, i was very disappointed, cuz the fastest i ran was 14.9(clogged fuel filer, the...

    2v guys

they send you an email with the tune attached, you download it onto your computer, then upload the tune to the tuner, and they you can load it to your car

    2v guys

    how much do they charge?

    2v guys

you just plug it in your car and it tells you what to do. if you get a custom tune from bamachips or BBR for example, then they send you a file, you upload it on the tuner and then to the car. it's easier then you can imagine
