Have you looked into getting a catted mid pipe to mate with the LT's. If your going to have the LT's installed at a shop I don't see why they wouldn't be able to fab your mid pipe to fit. The only problem that might arise would be the way your X bolts to the stock manifolds is different then...

I would say = to a '99-'04 GT with 10.5/1 CR pistons, stage II ported heads & full exhaust. For a guess I'd say between 300-320HP at the crank. :idk: It's a hell of a lot better then the 215 crank HP the NPI's came with stock.:smash: Still need a tune but I'z a poor man now.:D I did...

Looks like a pushrod motor. I think you're better off staying with a modular motor for your swap. It's more money but less modding.

Yeah, because of starting with the npi motor I'm getting quite the gain. If TBapp did the same heads on his motor, he'd only get the +45. For the hp gain and the price of a sc for a npi motor, I was better going this way. Plus I'm a LOT better off to take advantage of boost in the future.:D...

A straight up PI swap bumps the npi motors up from 215hp to 270hp. MMR rated their stage II ported heads at +45hp. So between the heads, full exhaust & SCT tuner I'm thinking around 300hp at the crank would be a good guess. Not the greatest #'s, but it's a hell of a lot better then the weak...
