Sounds like a great deal, but one helluva drive (for me at least). :D

Well, it's all still in the formulative stages right now. Sad thing is, at the end of the day, it'd still probably be cheaper for me to just pick up a 3-valve GT.

The reason I ask is because I considered starting with an '05+ V6 and doing the 302/8.8 swap.

Anybody know if this has been done? Just wondering if it were possible and if so how much of a pain it would be.

Best (read: cheapest) is to hit up a junkyard and get one out of an '89-'93 Fox. Other than that, any 3rd party vendor (Summit, etc) or even FRPP.

I hear ya brother. The family and I are here only as long as it takes for me to complete my MA, then I'll start shopping around for colleges where I can complete my Doctorate. I'll be searching out of state, but we'll see. All I know is there isn't any reason to stay here (other than family)...
