Could be a dirty IAT....could be a bloackoff plate wasn't used when deleting the EGR.....could be vac leak somewhere. Was it doing this prior to the EGR delete?
How long have you had the car - has it always done this? Is the car modified....heads? cam? intake? blower?turbo? etc If it just started and never happened before, have you done any work to it recently?
