Need a new Speedo gear. I think it is the tan gear, it is a few bucks and takes 10 minutes to change. The Speedo is cable, so no way for a computer to recalculate that.

Sounds like there is a short or something is pulling juice. You could wire a multimeter in series with the ground of the battery ( take off negative battery cable and put one lead to the post and the other to the removed terminal). With the car off, start pulling fuses till the voltage drops...

The handheld tuner is just a tool for loading custom tunes onto the car. The tunes that are on the tuner are not designed for your car. You need to contact a company that does custom email tunes for your modifications. American muscle, brenspeed, JDM.....so on. American muscle is partnered...
