Battery is not any good. The alternator charges the battery only, the battery supplies the electrical system during operation. Replace battery and you "should" be good.

Welcome to the club. If you are not doing any heavy tracking with the car, I wouldn't spend the coin on cryo rotors. Pick up some stoptech or comparable rotors and upgraded hawk pads will be fine. If coin allows, go for the brembo, Baer big brake kits. Lots of other ways to improve breaking...

Won't do any damage, but will not run very good. The cats have an o2 sensor in them, the catless has rear o2's also, but the pcm reads them differently with cats. You can get an email tune for that, don't need a fancy dyno tune. Real speed or American muscle, both site sponsors can hook you up...
