Converter's are like Black Magic, not everyone has the touch to build a good one. Just go with someone proven, like Ultimate Converter Concepts, TCI, Neal Chance....spend the money once. I've changed converter's a couple different times, and it sucks not getting what you pay for. Not sure...

If I remember correctly, there is a ground that comes out of the harness in the back that connects to the cylinder head that is one of the main grounds for the computer side of the harness. Make sure it's hooked up and is still in good shape. Remember, you are dealing with a harness that is 23...

It's a UCC converter. I imagine another 4-5 pounds of boost off the line should help...lol. I think the converer will be fine once there is some boost pushing against it.

I believe that I've figured out the problem with the lack of boost on the line. I'm very new to the turbo deal,so it's a very steep learning curve. I'm running CO2 on my gate, but I was spooling/staging with my foot at 1/2 throttle, so as to not trigger the datalog as it starts at 81% TPS. my...

Thanks guys. The converter is way too tight, hence the lack off boost of the line, it stalls at 3200, I need it at 4200. I'm running a AMS1000 boost controller, so it brings it in gradually anyways. The whole car only has 6 passes on it, so once the converter is redone, it should get ALOT...
