Call a junk yard and get an Explorer motor 96-00 5.0 and stick a stock HO cam or a small cam like a TFS Stage 1 in it. You would be much better off since it has GT40P heads already and you can sell the upper/lower intake or use it with an adapter. For a budget replacement hard to beat it.

? Not sure what this question is for but tires have a speed RATING, and Ford limits the top speed of the car so it does not exceed the tires rating.

Amp is cooked for sure if you are popping fuses like that. Those Kenwoods work great just DO NOT go below 2ohm mono and never put a larger fuse in it than it is suppose to have.
If you have a dual 2ohm sub wired parallel it would be 1 ohm.
115mph limit, given you have correct size tires for a V6 Stang. Also, the 96-04 GT's that came with 16" wheels and H-rated tires also have a speed limiter as well.
The Bullitts come with a nice FRPP cold air intake from the factory!
