wiring headache

so my grandfather moved to a retirement home and gave me his 69 mustang. worked on it with my father and whoever my grand father brought it to for maintenance either a.) did not have a clue what he was doing or b.) did not care. The car runs like a top after rebuilding the carburetor and now im flat out stuck with this poorly wiring job.

Is there any shop or individual in the nyc area that i can bring the car to so this problem can be resolved. (there is no rush on the job)

I specialize in custom wiring but am on the other side of the state. My labor rate is a lot lower than in NYC so it may be worth the trip. Many on here can vouch for my work and attention to detail.

Hello and welcome to the site,
I also do work for people ,However I am a bit booked up right this second,but maybe later in the winter?.I'm a bit of a hike from Queens as well. Unfortunately I can't recommend any shops in the Queens/NYC Area. For the fun of it,if you feel like taking a look at some of this stuff yourself,Let me know I could and would try to help talk you through some of the basics which is sometimes all it is on these early cars.

There is no rush at all, i am definitely willing to wait for you to have time later in the winter. Do you have any idea when in the winter? Where in Westchester are you located?

Hey,
I honestly couldn't guess at this point,it's too early to tell.I just know what I have scheduled car work wise for people as well as for myself currently and this winter.So I wouldn't have a time frame as of yet.I also don't know if your car needs a full rewire or some smaller repairs? Smaller repairs I can squeeze in whenever. What are some of the symptoms you're experiencing? As far as location I am about 20-30 minutes North of White plains.I go to Queens pretty rarely but when I do it takes me anywhere from about 1-6 hours(you've got to love N.Y. Traffic.)..
