Why i am being punished?

Okay so a family of crickets jumped into my motor. There silent when my cars not running but as soon as i start my motor they start screaming.. Only at idle or when the rpms are between 1000-2000.. When ever i accelerate they are silent. They must like the sound of the motor because when ever i accelerate even the slightest bit they stop chatting. But if i down shift to slow down they start screaming for more..

At first i thought it was because the belt was wet but it's dry now and there still chatting.. Any ideas? It's definitely coming from the belt.

LOL I had the same problem in my college years with, and don't laugh at me, but with my Power Ranger. Either new belt or try belt dressing. Eventually though you might need the new belt... Good luck.
