My old car was all UPR suspension. Worked very well.
You can reuse the bolts that go in the back by the subframe, but you will need new ones for the a arms, and prolly the frame ones too. They are usually pretty rusted unless the car is really rust free.
It's a pretty straight forward exchange, definately a worthwhile upgrade. Lighter by 70 lbs. And makes working on the car much easier.

I have stock length arms, but I wish they were 1"shorter, would tuck the fronts in nice. 14/150 is a pretty common spring rate for a 8.2 deckheight motor. Some 9.5 deckheight guys use s little heavier spring rate.
I have 14/150's in my car with a Iron Eagle block and a 88 mm turbo set up and they work great.

yeah the only thing im worried about is i have a set of cobra rs that i use for street driving..i wonder how the turning would be with the 1inch shorter a arms...and ive got a 9.5 motor with aluminum heads and a fiberglass hood..what would you recommend for a spring rate? i want the best for the track i dont care about street performance
