What is the best way to Remove.....

Just got in new side badges for my 03 GT. What is the best way to remove the OEM GT badges from the front fenders without hurting the paint?

X2. Also, use a hair dryer to heat up the badges. By doing so, you'll loosen up the adhesive. That is how I removed my stock badges. I used dental floss. From doing what I've done, I did NOT ruin the paint.

I used a heat gun and fishing line.

I just want to add on a side note, that if you do use heat, don't be an idiot like me and heat it up for too long. I ended up ruining my trunk emblem because that silver is just a cheap foil-like substance. Not a huge deal, but I would have liked to save it.

yep, a little heat and a peice of fishing line, then carefully rub the glue off

I have wondered the same. When I bought my car the ford emblem had been removed. All that was left were the holes. I finally bought a new emblem.
