I'll still be pushing fuel thru stock lines and rails. That will probably tax the 340 more than a 8an feed line would. I'd be thrilled to come back with 550whp and under 90% on the pump. If I do I'll just upgrade the lines and rails sometime over the summer. If not then it'll be the whole system next winter.

The MAF will be set-up blow thru. Now you got me worried about a big MAF and low rpm (no boost) driving. lol

The big air low rpm will be fine. It is when the car is wot or in boost that the maf calculates the air and makes adjustments. Easier way is the maf reads voltage from 1-5 from idle to wot. So in between 3-5 is where you want it to be sized right. That is right about half-wot.

I am still on my stock fuel lines and rails. New lines would definitely help lower the dc but I don't think you need to upgrade just yet. Unless you are gonna run corn, then.the stock lines need to be replaced cause of the deterioration that may occur. I am not familiar with the chemical makeup of e85, but many have had pump failure due to corrosion.

Sounds like a bad ass build. Make sure you have a good tuner.

Wicked ... tuning will be done by Pete @ Performance Dyno in Loudon NH. He did my NA tune a year ago. He's also the guy who tuned Tim's Pony & Kim's Pony cobras, Orange Robs e85 eating F1A Procharged cobra, and Marguerite66's turbo'd '06 GT.


He's a really great guy. Cares more about the work he does then the money he makes, which is always a good thing. He charges a flat rate for tuning, no hourly dyno rates. Doesn't matter how long it takes, he'll keep going until you are satisfied with the tune. Even after you leave, if you aren't happy with driveability of the car, you can reschedule and he'll retune it for free.
