The flywheel is engine dependent, not so much transmission dependent. For example, you have to have a 5.0 flywheel for a 5.0, a 4.6 flywheel on a 4.6, etc.
The clutches depend on the input shaft diameter and spline count of the transmission, and the pressure plate bolt pattern of the flywheel. So you could always give the clutch a test run, but you'll def need a new flywheel. I'd check a scrap yard, or Craigslist. They can usually be found for cheap. Or even a parts car with a T-5 in it.
