Stock shorty headers to 2-1/2 pipe?

Would I have any issues connecting 2-1/2 o/r pipes to my 95 gt stock headers? I'm assuming that the headers (which are made for 2-1/4) flange out enough to accept it? Please excuse my ignorance.

Most of the aftermarket H pipes are intended to be used with stock manifolds of stock headers.
