· Where: The show will be held at Eisenhower Park in East Meadow – Parking Field 6
· When: Sunday April 3, 2011 ( Rain Date - Sunday April 10, 2011 )
· Hours: Show will start at 9 AM thru 2 PM Balloting starts at 10 AM - Trophies at approx. 3 PM
· Balloting: Each entrant will receive one 5-vote ballot. Only the registered entrants may vote!
· Structure: Decade Divisions (ie: 40 to 49, 50 to 59, etc. – 2011 cars will be included with 2000
· Awards: 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each division plus best in show and “President’s Picks” awards.
· Trophies: Trophies have been donated by various clubs, businesses & organizations. Thank you!
· Wavier: You will be required to complete and sign an insurance wavier
for yourself, your car and those in your party on the day of the show.
· Entry Fee: We are asking for a minimum entry fee of $20 per car ( $25 per car day of show ).
· Checks: Make your check out to “St. Jude Children’s Hospital” Do Not Send Cash!
