Fronts are identical to 94+ mustang installs....rears are super fuggin easy..drop ur exhaust...unbolt the rear of the irs and lower the rear on a jack and the springs will fall right out bud
I just did the install. Front took a while because it takes a bit to get everything off and getting the spring lined up in the spring compressor took me a few tries. The rear is quick and easy. There are full instructions floating around. I found them searching on svtp. Just be careful taking out the IRS bolts. Make sure you support the diff so the bolts don't get stripped when you back them out. They get pretty beat up if there is a lot of tension on them. Also you have to use an open ended wrench behind the bolt head and pull while you're turning to make it easier to back them out.
