We look forward to the Ring Brothers’ incredible builds every year at SEMA, and they managed to meet our high expectations once again with this custom 1965 Mustang Fastback nicknamed Blizzard. The highlight is undoubtedly under the hood where a Wegner Automotive 427ci NASCAR V8 resides, pumping 710 horsepower through a Bowler 5-speed transmission and 9-inch rear end. The Mustang rides on a complete suspension setup from Detroit Engineering along with HRE 560R wheels wrapped in Nitto Invo tires.
Like many of their previous Mustangs ‘Blizzard’ makes use of plenty of carbon fiber, with the lightweight material used for the roof, decklid, bumper hood and side scoops. The exterior also features extended rockers and a custom exhaust outlet, all slathered in a BASF Glasurit waterborne paint called Blizzard White. The inside has all the impressive details we’ve come to expect from the Ring Brothers, complete with Recaro seats, Classic Instrument gauges and an Alpine stereo system.
