SCT question...

SCT question: If you play around with the parameters on a tune before you upload to the car (tweak the timing, etc.), the next time you upload it, does the tune return to the stock parameters that tune had?? ...or does it keep the same "adjustments" I made??!!

Also, Can I use my SCT xcal2 to scan other Ford OBDII cars while it has a tune (etc.) on my Cobra??

I am pretty sure it returns to the stock version of the tune. When you reload it, you will have to readjust the parameters.
I know you can scan and even datalog other Fords.

if you tweek the options the only way they wouldnt save is if you didnt pair the tuner to your car, if you already paired the tuner then whatever changes you make should stay resident in the tuner even if you choose not to update the the tune with those settings(thats how mine works anyway)., you can reset and diagnose other obdii ford cars with your tuner regardless if its paired to your car or not.. i do it all the time with my wifes taurus..

nothing new yet besides i bought the serp belt .. paid 30 for it and it was a 75 dollar belt so im happy about that, now i just gotta get my buddy over to help me do the job. Also monday im getting tires ordered for the car, cooper zeon 2's or sumthin like that, i did research and they got alot of good reviews so i like them. other than that im gunna get a tuner in a couple weeks and then ill be ready to rock and roll

tires coming tomorrw .. gotta call the dude whos guinna help me wit the belt, and inspection is happening as soon as i get the tires, EVERYThign should be set on thursday

the coopers. . they are a good tire and got good reviews . for a decent price of 150 a tire ( they are actually more but I got them discounted from my sisters bf who works at a tire shop)
