Paint chipping on Louvers

Anyone know of an easy fix or what can be done? My quarter window louver on the passenger side I noticed today is chipping. They were on the car when I bought it so I didn't pay for them. I still like them though and don't wanna trash them, so what can be done? Any ideas if I could send them in or what?

I would find a good paint shop n hav them do it there atleast they can match or blend in the paint if you send it somewhere it might not match then what good luck with it...
