Offroad X or H pipe?

For a stock 302, what are the advantages of using the X or the less expensive H offroad midpipe setup? Lets say in my stock 95 GT, which I may be throwing on a Flowmaster 40's cat back kit. Figured since I'm under there, why not?

I'm partial to h pipes on push rod motors. with a stock motor you're really not going to see a performance benefit in terms of H vs x so it's really just what sound you like better.

Yeah performance wise it doesn't matter too much. Go on youtube and look up some videos of the exhaust setups and you can see what you like. I have an o/r x pipe on mine and I like it. I'm one of the odd ones though since I didn't go with the typical h pipe on a 5.0.

Thanks. Sounds like the X is a bit more crackly sounding. Looks like they're $50 more on average. Just trying to change things up a bit. One thing apparent is that it looks like the H is easier to install, since it 2 pieces. More play to compensate during the install?

H is supposed to have a little better low end torque, but I feel as if it is marginal. I have an offroad H on mine and love the sound.
