NYPD kicking ass (literally)

i guess u didn't see the cops video when they tazered a 6ft tall guy and he pulled the prongs out and they had to use 3 different taser guns and they still didn't stop him they had to jump him and beat him down.

Yeah on a rare occurrance when some one is hopped up on pcp or some other drug that may happen. I have also seen people break hand cuffs. 9 out of 10 times that guy would dropped instantly from a stun gun or taser. Also, I don't think it was a set up, you can see this was after a parade, baracades, crowd etc. I think someone decided to video tape the moment and did not want the cops to see the camera, as then they would get the same outcome. Then aagain without the full story we could all be completely wrong. lol

uhhhh excessive much.

2 cops and one guy on the ground, they could have easily gotten him on his stomach with basic defensive tactics moves, like the arm bar hammer lock or the wrist twist and turned him on his stomach.

I smell a law suit.

Im just being honest, as a recruit going through the police academy now..... that was uncalled for.

WoW! this is what they are teaching you (didn't they tell you is not real). I hope you remember going home alive is the number 1 thing not getting G-O-15. Tell your friend to do a test with you. try to hand cuff him and tell him there's No rules to resist not like gym class. wrist twist... LoL I bet you will get a bloody face.

Im not going to argue that the cops were wrong because i wasn't there so i do not know the circumstances. It just looked to me like it was excessive because there was 2 cops and one guy on the ground and then a 3rd officer walked over. If 2 cops can't over power one guy then I don't know.... It is what it is, and they went home safe which is, like you said, the number 1 most important thing
