Yep. You can tell because there is no metering block between the rear bowl and the main body. One of the main problems with a 4160 is the crossover tube between the 2 bowls. They have o-rings on them but almost always end up leaking all over. They also have side hung floats. A popluar conversion is to add a secondary metering block and center hung bowls. It's not worth the time or money.

What would be a good budget carb? Also, so I hear the heads that are on my motor flow like crap so would an upgrade to even e7's be worth it? Would the work with my intake? Also, I was looking at cams so is that going to make a big difference in the cfm of a carb that I get? I'm just looking at the typical Ford Racing Alphabet cam....

Well, if this is of any use to you let me know. I have a 650cfm 4165 double pumper. if you allready have an intake to fit that other carb than it won't work for this one. This is a spread bore and yours is a square bore. It worked perfect when removed last year for a 72 chevelle with a 396. Might be a bit big for your project though.

For budget minded people though a good Holley 4150 600cfm double pumper will be fine.

With stock heads, I really wouldn't mess with any cams. The stock cam would be the best imo.

Down the road, I will be doing heads so I figured it would be easier with it out to do the cam...

EDIT: Also, Doug do you know if that is a vacuum or mechanical secondary? Also also, what exactly does "double pumper" mean?

Double pumper means it has 2 accelerator pumps. One pump in each bole to give it a shot of fuel when you mash the gas.
