Ok I am looking at a Paxton novi 2200SL and a magnacharger. I have full exhaust and bolts. I will be adding 4.10s, eaton diff, and a set of SPR stage II's (127550 grind)......So I want 11.50's in the 1/4 mile and a beast mode car. I want to keep the STOCK STB, and that is one of 3 twinscrews that will clear and I am not trying to spend $6,000.00 on this. Which should I get?

The Saleen Supercharger package is a compact intercooled twin screw style supercharger system. It will produce 5 psi of boost without an upgraded pulley which put our Automatic test car to a 12.40 quarter mile ET using our stage 1 kit. Full boost on a twin screw style supercharger is achieved as low as 2500 RPM. We offer multiple stage kits to fit various budgets and power requirements. This system when combined with our tuning and pulley upgrades can outperform our base Vortech and Paxton supercharger packages while putting a stock Mustang GT well into the 11 second quarter mile range. It is likely the most reliable system we carry and used on all production Saleen supercharged mustangs. It is virtually maintenance free and also has stock like drive-ability. At wide open throttle the supercharger whines like a 2003 Cobra, Lightning, or Shelby GT500. At idle the supercharger’s sound is almost silent.

Check this car out, he runs at my track. Alot of naysayers and shit talkers on Drag Times but I've seen the car run and it is 100% legit. Tuned by JDM.

I was looking into Magnachargers a lil while back and wondering why NO ONE has them on an S197. Apparently, and correct me if im wrong, the Magna's are "Roots" type chargers but the new craze it twin screw (less heat, more power on less boost), to my suprise the Magnacharger (intercooled) is still around 5 GRAND! I dont see why they are so expensive and how they can compete in the market. Steeda was trying to push them when the S197 first came out, they are Nice looking and sounds great too but....

they are weird! the ones i saw had a 2 belt system. seems like a giant power robber! the charger was actually driven from the rear. not very good gains with it either. SALEEN FTW!

They are nice kits as well, they use a Eaton MP112 similar to the stock 03/04 Cobra SC. My friend had a Maggie kit on his '04 GTo and the car was FAST. 12.4@119 spinning badly. The Mustangs make nice #'s as well with them, but for the price you can get a twin screw that will support more HP later.

save the money until you can buy a good setup... if you don't have the money to spend it right the first time, your going to do it twice!
