Soemthing just aint right about GM in a Ford, kinda gets me cuz they do it in Old skool hot Rods all the time, chop a Ford and put a Chevy motor in it, apparently thats cause there were an abundance of cheap Chevy motors in the bone yards at the time of Hot Roddings humble beginings. What does this guy run a chevy in a Ford? Looks and sounds fast though!

According from what I gathered, he loves the GM powerplant, but hates the fbody look, so he decided to throw the gm powerplant in a car he liked the design of.

Also, LSX blocks are relatively cheap for the power, reliable, and everyone and their grandmother makes them.

Yea, fbody is a bit on the heavy side, about 3500 give or take some lbs.

Its okay, we fbody guys put ford inspired parts in our cars. More specifically, a rear end based off the of ford 9" design... I'll be getting one soon..
