Koni str orange vs koni sport yellow

Hi I'm interested in adding shocks to my mustang with frpp k springs at 1.5 in drop I do some racing and I love spirited driving but I don't want the ride to be racecar harsh as it is now. Has anyone tried either of these shocks or have another option to suggest?

I have the Koni Yellows on my '06 GT. I run about 1 1/2 turns front, 1 turn rear and they're a nice ride on the street. Could go full soft also for a bit more comfort. The streets are supposedly the Yellows on full soft.

Yes...to a point. Don't expect them turn your car into a different beast - that's what springs/sways, etc. are for. It will help the car settle down though.

I was on the original dampers before with the Eibach pro-kits and the nose would just never seem to settle down out of corners, over bumps,etc. Not running into that problem at all now. Car comes back to a steady state very quickly but not harsh. They play with the lowering springs quite nice.
