Must have been one hell of a turnout.

At about 1:15 traffic going in was stopped dead just before 27A, traffic coming out was bumper to bumper! I turned around on the median along with lots of others.

I showed up around 230 and it was shut down, I'm so disappointed, I washed my car and everything.

Way too many people attended to the point people were parking on the parkway!

When it got shut down everyone went to Dave and Busters in Farmingdale.

There are never ever meets there. They are always at farmingdale. It's the go to spot for just about every model specific meet and the spot for the races every fri and sat night.

Not even close. Thankfully there were no accidents. What you're misunderstanding was the caravan we were in from queens (200 cars) was rolling down southern state and the troopers set up a road block on southern state eastbound and was checking everyone's cars for registrations inspections and equipment violations for about 20 minutes baking traffic up for miles. And about ten cars were pulled over because of it. Mostly ricers but bmw's and genesis' as well.
