Interior vents not working...

As some of you may have seen, I replaced the heater core a few weeks ago. Well it has heat, but the defroster is on at all settings, and the vents don't work. All of the hoses are hooked up to the hvac controls, and the connectors are all on. I'm not sure why the vents aren't working, I didn't worry about this before because I was just happy the heat works! Lol. And now since its been warmer out, I might get my a/c recharged and would like to have the front vents working. Having the windows down just doesn't cut it on some days. Any help is appreciated.

It's a vacuum line that runs under your hood up at the top of the fire wall most likely.

I checked the vacuum lines, and they all seem to be fine. Any other ideas?

You checked the ones in the bay?

^Yes......... I sure as hell didn't rip the dashboard back out. Lol.

lol, well it's gotta be a vacuum leak somewhere since the vent selector runs off vacuum....

^Exactly.
The lines are hooked up fine to the selector knob. Other than that I don't know. I really don't have any desire this year to take the friggin dash back out to see what's happening.
