That's a good choice, considering the Elite is $299 alone, 12 months of live is $50, and a new game is $60. Plus the Walmart gift card that you could get some accessories, another game, or another year of live. Great deal IMO.

can't decide what to do they have the same deal with the arcade only 259 only difference on arcade is no hd but can pick up a 250gb for little over 100, that and no headset. or if you go to store you just get the $50 gift card no games

External hd's don't work with 360's, only the ones made for it do. What ever you do...don't get the arcade. I say stick with the Elite.

Stick With Xbox, ps3 online blows BIG time. I'd rather pay to play, it works out to about $4 a month with isn't a lot at all.

THE WAL MART DEAL COMES WITH A FULL YEAR OF X BOX LIVE damn caps lock lol. I'm leaning towards the arcade version and then picking up a hard drive maybe just being cheap I'd sell the other game to get some of the money back think call of duty 2 would be the easiest to sell but my daughter wants me to get NFS shift so she can play it lol.

Do you ever do the movies through x box live? never thought i'd be talking video on a mustang forum .

I haven't done it yet, But I'd stick with an Elite! It's worth the extra coin. What kind of tv do you have? Elites have an HDMI jack on it....

Just a regular tv no hd both the arcade and the elite have the hdmi jack difference is elite has harddrive and headset and comes with lego batman and some off road game. thanks for all the input

both lol was being cheap and got the arcade with the package deal, then ran over to PA this morn a bought an elite in the store. I'll use the arcade in my classroom at school and keep the elite for me and sell off the call of duty 2. Guy on another mustang forum said was a good deal and he works at game stop.

My sons have all 3 systems (PS3, 360 & Wii). Yet to have a RROD on the 360 and the only one that has needed repair is the PS3, 2 weeks after the warranty expired :(

got it hooked up today finally finished fixing real cars so i could play picked up a used forza 2 game trying that now its fun. have forza 3 sitting in package and have the pop ttarts with the 30 bucks off deal going to send that in so 30 bucks more off for a 3 dollar box of pop tarts plus get to eat em.
