I am not too picky on color. The only one I am not personally fond of is the Yellow Blaze.

Def a stick. I have great finance rate from a credit union so used doesn't bother me either.

Do you know anyone selling?

I know of one that is ingot silver and looks pretty damn nice :D the car is babied and photographs REALLY nicely ... It looks SICK too may be out of your range though not sure lol

Looks amazing. Can't see the thread because I am not a member. I am not into big road trips (anything further than 500 miles and I get bored). I would also prefer to not ship.

Since he wants the manual trans, he can probably get a non Premium GT for about 27k before the 3k. That's what I looked at first, but I wanted an auto, and the dealer I was at only had a GT Premium in auto.

That's a clean looking car, I really like it! It's not like he's running a ton of boost so I wouldn't worry too much but that's just me.

1990_LX has a 1898 LX 5.0. Now that car is a real collectors item, 114 years old. Even Henry Ford would be proud of this. It would give him real bragging rights. 1990_LX has 1 helluva stable.

I also wanted a new auto/base 12 GT, but the only one around sold before I was ready to buy.

That's because I read if you ordered a Mustang brochure from Ford, there was a chance you'd get a private $750 rebate. Well it took ~10 days to get it, but it had the $750 coupon! By then the car I wanted was gone, so I started looking again.

Found out there were no base/auto 12 5.0's within 300 miles, so I looked for base/sticks. Saw where one dealer had 2 base/stick 5.0's, but they were sold the next day before I got to see them. Finally got this one ...






So what do you guys think?

I was never a big fan of silver (this is actually the first silver car I've ever owned), and it didn't have a rear spoiler. But I got a total of $3,750 in rebates, so even taking a hit on my trade ('11 V6 Stang) I still ended up financing the 5.0 for $1,500 under sticker (with tax!).

I couldn't pass up the deal. :)

I think it is beautiful. I have a call in to a dealer in PA that has a 7k mile 2011 in silver.

By the way spoiler delete fTW.

Thanks Mikl! Not only is this my first Silver colored Stang (I've owned 7 other one's), this is also my first Stang w/o a rear spoiler. LOL

So, is the 11 Silver you're looking at an auto or stick? If it's a stick, Ford had to address a few things related to the MT82 transmission:
