If you’re in the market for a brand new Ford Mustang, then most likely you have your eye on a 2013 model. Whether the revised styling is a move in the right direction is up for debate, but the 2013 Mustang has some very cool new features including Track Apps, a new SelectShift automatic transmission, plus new available options like Recaro seats and the Track Package. And then there’s the extra eight horsepower. Plus there are a variety of new color options including Gotta Have It Green and Deep Impact Blue.
If you don’t have to* have the latest and greatest, though, then you might want to consider a 2012 Mustang. Ford is apparently very anxious to clear out last year’s models to make way for the 2013s, and currently has some very enticing incentives going on for leftover 2012 Mustang GTs still on dealer lots. While incentives vary for different regions, an offer for $3,000 cash back or 0.0% financing for 36/48/72 months is available in most areas. Those in the military can get an extra $500 on top of that.
