Where is Montgomery Park at? And from what I've read, we'll all we meet there?

From what I remember, montgomery park is where we had the veterans cruise. We are doing this exactly the same as the veterans cruise, lower meets at 1 location in the morning then leaves all together to go to the park, and upper ny meets at a spot in the morning and then leaves to meet the lower ny people at montgomery park around 12
