i also have a 1991 camaro so a jap at heart? no i just like going fast im keeping the 1980 till the day i die im painting it droppig in 1 351 and a t5 and building the engine with forged internals to eventually twin turbo it but ive always loved the supra there just a little too expensive for me right now

to my knowledge this a mustang/ford site right? why are we even mentioning it? thats like taken a good plane and engine and putting a giant rubber band on it. same with ls1 swaps . On my hood I was the first guy to read about the nascar distributor on the front and laughed when I rembered all chevy guys sayin the distributors on front for women who cant reach the firewall who 's lafin now? i a, doing the same 351 swap in my 85 gt.You can use your c4 but it wont hold the power for long.go buy an aod. or c4 from a v8. heads on the 351 are same as the ho's e7te they wre too small for the stang to small for 351w darn ford why ! god why lol and show some respect for your elders. quick281

and the camaro tbi is shit.tpi= better.and what heads are on the bowtie? and cam? even tho I have gone to the blue side(the force is with me) rather then chevy orange I still bleed american synthetic oil. lol and hate seing you get ur ass handed to you.chev heads are like a 200 hundred buck cheeper then sbfs .go with afr,darts,edelbrock and youll smoke em 240 sx's. put the yota motor in a fj and wheel it. u gota think of all the lil pieces will add up. the 351 drops in place of 5.0 go buy sum solid mounts and drive shaft from a wrecker+differential and have atter. I just got the stupid bronco efi off mine yay! dam torque head bolt. the victor jr would be my choice but im poor ill settle for the torker or a typoon intake.

ide do the jap engine who cares what u put in your car if its what u want to do . hell i did a ls1 and would do it again.400 hp with a good intake and headers all day long.STOCK engine.to many me too setups.lets be real its only sheet metal bent up to look like a specific car by the manufacturer.so do what u want its still a mustang despite the engine

oh i do know how much a properly setup ford can do and how MUCH.im not gonna argur what is better but i did what i wanted.by the way i did it in 2000 before the bandwagon.

There's a reason for that, cheap reliable power. If you look around, you can get an LSX motor for less than 2k. With a little money thrown into it above that, you have a motor that is pushing in the 400-500(to the wheels) range, while still being reliable and light.

And either way... it will still be more unique than a ford motor in a ford :p

that car was featured in hot rod mag last year.5.3 are about 600 in the yards now.15 lbs of boost in a fairmont got it into the 9s.if you get away from LOYALTIES you can do a lot of things and have a more interesting car but hey opinions are like.............
